Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Electrical components
• Installed or used parts
• Custom or special-order items (a 25% fee will be apply)
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us first for approval.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We may request photos for verification before issuing a replacement or refund.

All products are sold “as is” unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee that parts will fit all applications without verification.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truck Parts Fast Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
