Key Components

This kit is part of a 4-spring electric dump truck tarp system (no electric motor or parts included) for seamless deployment and retraction of the tarp over the truck bed. Below are the components included:

• Upper Arms with 90-Degree Corners (2):
  Help in flipping the tarp over the load. Features a telescopic design to adjust up to 24' truck bed sizes for flexibility. The 90-degree corners are welded well inside the arm.

• 78" Lower Arms (2):
  Serve as the foundation for the tarp system, connecting to the side of the dump truck. Acts as a connector for upper arms and supports smooth pivoting.

• 103" Cross Tube (1):
  A horizontal tube that connects the lower and upper arms for structural balance.

• Plastic Tarp Centering Flanges (2):
  Ensure the centered alignment of the tarp on the cross tubes during operation. Also act as a barrier between the tarp and the tailgate to prevent damage.

• Spiral Torsion Spring (8):
  Provide proper arm tension when rolling and unrolling the tarp. Installed at the base of the lower arm.

• Pivot Pin for 4 Spring (2):
  Securely mount the dump truck tarp system’s lower arm. Ensure smooth operation and fit on both the passenger and driver sides.

• Hardware Assembly:
  Includes fasteners, retaining rings, and more for arm assembly.
